We are a Tucson family owned business since 1975

Our company was started 30 years ago by Michael and Susan Anderson.  Since 1975 we have purchased over 1000 Tucson homes and have successfully resolved nearly every possible challenge including severely distressed properties, complicated ownership situations, hostile divorce, out-of-town owners, title problems, unmanageable tenants, condemnation, and many other difficult situations.  We can buy your home when others often do not have the knowledge, experience, financing and determination to do so.  We promise sellers a fast, hassle-free sale at a fair price.
