Are you still buying even though the real estate market is horrible?

Yes we are.  We have not stopped buying houses since 1975!

 

What is the process?

You simply contact us, tell us about your house and situation, and we can then make you an offer.    If you accept our offer you pick the date you would like to sell and receive your money when you move out.

 

How long does it take?

You can have an offer within a day and we can close within a couple of days.

 

Do I have to clean my house up?

No clean up or repairs needed.  Simply take what you would like and leave the rest.

 

Can you buy even thought I am behind in payments?

Yes we can.

 

Do I need to do any repairs?

No, we buy AS-IS.

 

Can you buy my home if I owe more than it's worth?

Usually.   We will help you negotiate with the bank to see if they will accept less than is owed and then purchase the home.

 

Does it cost anything to get an offer?

No, there is no obligation.

 

Can you advance some money before I sell my house?

Yes we can!  Use this to find another home, for moving expenses or any other way you choose.

 

Can you help me move?

Yes we can!  Let us know when we come to look at your home and we will help you!

 

How complicated is your contract?

We have a “seller friendly” 2 page contract.

 

I am in bankruptcy, can I still sell?

Usually, Yes!

 

I am out of town, do I need to come to Tucson?

No, all of the paperwork can be sent via Federal Express.

 

How do you decide what to offer me for my house?

We look at what repairs are necessary to sell, what it would cost us to sell the house, how long it will take to make the renovations, and what it might sell for all fixed up.

 

Do I have to pay any commissions or closing costs to sell?
No there are no commissions and we pay all of the normal closing costs.

 

Can you buy my house with a tenant in place?

Yes, we have a number of rental properties and are experienced property managers.

 

How do I get an offer on my house?

You simply need to contact us by phone, email or fill out our online form.  Any information that you can provide us will be helpful in determining how we can best help you.

 

How are you different from real estate agents?

We are real estate buyers not agents.  Agents want to list your house, we want to buy it.

 

Is there any obligation/charge?

There is no obligation or charge for our services.
